we felt like sharing them with you..they are fast and they are easy and they are GOOD you WILL

CREAMY CHICKEN CAULIFLOWER SKILLET

1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing in large skillet. Add 1 pound
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed. Completely cook chicken,
about 8 minutes maybe more...
STIR IN 10 oz of fresh chopped cauliflower and stir until tender..
I like to cover it and then stir it a little at a time..and don't
cook till its mushy ...
ADD 1/2 pound of chedder cheese cubed (we add a bit more cause we
like cheese)stir until thoroughly melted. Serve over cooked rice.
Makes about 4 servings...you can also add a bit more Miracle Whip
cause what they tell you to add does not seem to be enough.. ENJOY!!!
HAMBUGER AND FETTUCCINE SKILLET

You will need: one box of fettuccine noodles, big jar of Prego sauce
I like the meat flavored...about 1 or so pounds of hambuger..and a can
of ripe olives...and 2 cups of 4 blend Italian cheese....
Start your water to boil for your noodles...Then cook your hambuger
and drain off the grease..Add the sauce and chopped up olives..then
when that is heated thru put on a few handsfulls of the cheese and
cover..when your noodles are cooked your set to go with this one..
just put noodles on plate and cover with the burger mixture..add more
cheese if you like and IF you like garlic toast that goes well with
this dish too as does a salad..eat and ENJOY!!!
CHILI TORTILA BAKE

YOU WILL NEED: 1# ground beef...2 cans 8oz tomato sauce...1 can 14 oz of white beans
drained and rinsed...1 can 8 and 3/4 oz whole kernel corn undrained...
1T of chili powder...2T of chopped onions(more if you like onions)...1tsp ground cumin...
1tsp garlic salt...6 8inch flour tortillas and 2 cups of shredded
Chedder Cheese....THEN you preheat oven to 350..and in a skillet brown
ground beef and drain..ADD tomato sauce, beans, and corn (and green chilis
if you like them)1 can green chopped chilies undrained 4oz) STIR in the
seasonings bring to boil and reduce heat..Simmer..uncovered for 15 mins...
In a 2 quart baking dish, coat with cooking spray. and place 3 tortillas to
cover bottom. Overlap as needed...Layer with half of chili mixture and
half of the cheese..Top with remaining tortillas, meat mixture and cheese
Bake 30 minutes Serves about 8...ENJOY!!!!

EASY PASTA SKILLET

You will need....1 # ground beef...3 cups mostaccioli pasta uncooked...1 28oz jar of
Prego sauce...1pkg 8oz shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup fresh ground parmesan cheese..
BROWN meat in large skillet and drain...
ADD 2 1/2 cups of water..bring to boil, reduce heat and stir in pasta, cover...
simmer for 15 minutes...or until pasta is tender...
STIR in spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of cheese..sprinkle remaining cheese on top
and cover...Cook 3 minutes or until cheese is melted...serve with garlic toast
and salad and ENJOY!!!!!
